Privacy Policy

When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect the details you provide — name, company, phone number, email address, project address and any description you write. We also record the time of submission and the IP address the request came from, which we use to detect automated abuse.

When you apply for a role we additionally collect the résumé file you attach and any message you include with it.

We use submitted information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a scope or quote, or assess your application. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email and may be stored in our internal record of enquiries so we can follow up.

This site may use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors. You can block it with any standard browser privacy setting or extension.

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish people from automated submissions. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve the relationship and meet our record-keeping obligations. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@boyengroup.com.
